I offer personalized 1-on-1 sessions, via your preferred mode of learning : in-person or via zoom. These sessions aim to provide expecting parents a peaceful and comfortable mental, emotional and informational experience to prepare for the season ahead.

Planning for birth

Coping techniques

Labour positions

Pain Medications

Medical Assistance

Cesarean Birth

Postpartum recovery

Infant Feeding

Classes can be: 2 sessions of 2.5 hrs, or 1 session of 5.5 hrs (full day, with 30 min break).

Custom sessions for different experiences can be created (2nd time parents, special circumstances, etc).

Rate: $250-$275 depending on the method of learning.
